Shipping costs are estimated individually during the checkout process (you need to login/create account for that), it depends on where you live and on the method of shipping.
All damaged and (or) defective items need to be reported within 7 days to be replaced by another item or credited.
After sending/confirming your order you will get an automatic response via e-mail with the list of items you have ordered and payment info. Please wait for another mail from us with the confirmation of the availability of items before you make a payment.

the only currency we can accept is "EURO", all payment fees / bank charges are to be paid by the ordering person.
